Geocom Survey 4 stages

Step 1:
Needs and target analysis

through an interview we investigate the client’s needs, gathering all the information necessary to clearly define the objective of the survey.

Step 2:
Survey

based on the analysis we proceed drafting the questionnaire , verified and validated with the company relevant person before handing it over.

Step 3:
Delivery

at this stage our Contact Center team is dedicated to the delivery of the questionnaire through the telephone contact activity or a mix of phone/digital.

Step 4:
Data analysis and reports

Once the contact activity is completed ,data are analysed on a digital platform collecting both the quantitative data and the qualitative aspects that emerged.
The final report provides all the re-elaborations on the individual questions, highlighting the strengths and criticalities that emerged with indications on possible concrete improvement actions.
